    HI Sweetie

    Most important - go with what works for you. Most of us at some time have to take a break from our diaries because at times it can become an unwelcome pressure

    Do what's best for you Hun - as long as we know you;re OK (via here, FB or someone else posting on here ) ........then we're all diddling dandy...

    Hope both nans recover soon and that DH goes for his scan as well...and you're wondering why you have insomnia...that lot along with assignments,working,housework, looking after kids and trying to plan childcare for school holidays could be the reason..

    Thanks everyone, luckily BOB bedtimes have been a little bit quietier for the past few nights - no more conga lines!!

    Well, its the weekend after a busy busy week in work so had a good sleep last night and feeling cheery this morning which is unnerving! I have my dress for my brothers wedding and have the Shred DVD so will look forward (!) to doing that later. Having a day scrubbing the house today so that'll burn a few calories as well.

    Mum and Dads anniversary today so will pop down to see them with their present and card at some point later.

    Donated my 4th pint of blood this week to so that is my good deed for the month!

    Hope everyone is well x x x

    Hi KP, how are you? I will pop over to your diary in a sec for a catch up.

    Hope everyone is well today, thank you all for your kind words. I do have a lot on at the moment but no more than usual I think it may be catching up with me! Head down and batter on though, it'll only be temporary and hopefully enthusiasm will be back.

    Just finished Day 2 of the Shred and I am so unfit it is untrue. Even my fingers feel shaky and my eyelids hurt :rotfl:all in the name of beauty (well that and trying to avoid a heart attack before I am 40 :eek:).

    Tonights plans are to have a bath, work on next assignment for W200 and W222, make lunches for tomorrow, spend about an hour on some training manuals for work - whoever thinks managers in the public sector do sod all should try working in our place for a week. Granted I am sure there are overpaid and underworked senior civil servants but it annoys me the way they lump us all together. Anyways thats my little moan :p off for a bath! xxxx

    Well my experience of managers in health sector is that if you are a man, kiss !!! and dont ever have an opinion you will reach management early in your career.

    if you are a woman, knock your pan in, do your job well, argue and fight on behalf of clients/service users and use your brain, they have no choice but to promote you eventually!

    Steps off soap box and gets on with day!

    Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84

    There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!
