Looks a perfectly achievable plan to me!

Hey girlie you go for it :T:T:T

Re the weight loss - thebody can only put up with so much "change" before it rebels and then it really does play dirty :rotfl::rotfl: (cravings for bacon butties/ice cream/chocolate etc)

Gluten free/low Gi dietary stuff works really well - (because it includes chocolate :rotfl::rotfl:)..........I maintained my lower (ideal :))weight on gluten free for over a year by eating potatoes/veggies and protein twice a day- it just meant I couldn;t snack as most snackie things have wheat flour in them.

Unfortunately I then found out that Pringles were gluten free :( - my weight has started going back on big time cos i can now "snack" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

You are doing grand sweetheart :T- life shouldn;t be all about putting you in purgatory - ups and downs are OK :grouphug::grouphug:. As long as the long term overall trend is downwards then pat yourself on the back and give yourself a treat

    Hugs Hun

Thanks Girls, I love lists so breaking down everything into little bits makes me happy!

Funny you should mention gluten free Wol, OH went for the first of a few tests on Friday for Coeliac Disease. He is really suffering at the moment with his stomach, so depending on the results we may end up down that path.
I have been rebelling like mad recently. I binge eat especially things like chocolate so I think I may be better allowing myself something when I fancy it rather than depriving and ending up eating 6 Mars Bars in one go!

OH will be pleased to learn Pringles are gluten free! xxx

When DD was younger, she was on a strict gluten free diet - the coeliac society gave us a fab book which listed all the gluten free branded foods....with things like which Walkers crisps flavours were GF.....was a life saver for a stressed mum of a 7 year old doing packed lunches!!!

Ahem.....I can only vouch for "sour cream and chives" :D

Beware - quite a few crisp flavours DO actually contain wheat flour (inc Walkers) ...and most microwave/oven ready-meals have gluten in too - even liver and bacon ...(now who;d have thought that ???), Plus even seasoned meat (like BBQ chicken) can have flour plus seasonings :mad:

Having said that I would recommend the gluten free/low GI diet - two full cooked meals a day and you lose weight!! Bless home made/bacth cooked chilli concarne with jacket potatoes :D

Glad to see so many Gluten free experts, I may be calling on your food ideas soon. OH got a call today from the doctors asking him to go in next Weds to 'discuss the results of your tests as there are some abnormalities' He is relieved in a way that something has shown up as hopefully it can start to be put right. Just have to wait to Weds to find out.

I got my assignment in on time and was happy enough with it and went to weigh in yesterday and lost 1.5lbs which I am made up with, only another gazillion to go!

Other good news is that my Nan has given me a cheque for £500.00 as she has decided to give all the grandchildren their inheritance now so she can see us enjoy it. Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to pay it off the debts as a) she doesnt know we have debts and would worry b) I want her to see something for it so she doesnt think we have squandered it! I am thinking of a new bed, we got ours 2nd hand 8 years ago and the base is broken and its as uncomfortable as hell.

Anyways, time for a few catch ups and housework and studying. x x x
