    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

    Thank you everyone for your kind words. Well went and picked her up yesterday and she is back home now, the crem gave us a lovely poem and everyone was really nice.

    Have updated my sig - look how close to being halfway there - 49.9% paid off!

    Bit wary of making overpayments until Christmas pressies have been bought incase I overspend.

    Thank you! Really want to pay the 60.00 ish pounds to make it 50% but I only have 300.00 in my account and dont get any more money until the 30th so hopefully OH's work is fruitful over the next few days as I really want to have christmas sorted before December, every year I get so stressed that I cant enjoy the build up with the kids so trying extra hard to be organised!

    Not much to report, been to work and then home so that OH could go to work. Just about to do some housework and then some studying - exciting times.
