Haven't posted for a bit, been really busy with FD.
Popped in last night to Mr. T's as I had a till split for £5 off 15 cans of Strongbow. I didn't buy anything else as a bit low on MOC's but handed over 3 x £1 and a Pik a Pak to get them for less than £2. The last time I went in, the stupid rule they had made up for only 1 high value internet coupon had gone out the window but it was still only 3 internets so definitely smaller shops for me from now on, max £15 to get the most from my MOC's.
I need to catch up with all your posts - this may take me some time...... :rotfl:If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -

I find this incredible - and very hard to believe !!! I'm sorry, I just don't see how ANYONE can have used over £1000 of coupons in a week. And I can't believe that the staff would let them do it - never mind all the other people you say have jumped on the bandwagon.
This just doesn't sound likely to me at all.
i tried!! so basically you are saying i am lieing? am i right?I find it very believeable..the only suprise is it hasn't been reported sooner..
5 x £20 shops a day x 2 people is 200 quids worth a day and it will be page one of this very thread that is fueling it...
prob far, far too late now but for the sake of the policy we all know and love please remove these before any further damage is done...
to true mate something needs to be done, and pity everyone on here can't count0 -

Don't get upset pantherman. Everyone is really shocked at your neighbours stupidity and greed so find it really hard to believe.
I think someone could get £1000 in a week doing lots of small shops ie £20-£30 several times a day, especially if a few people are involved.
The thing is everyone on here is quite responsible, we try hard not to break rules. We try hard to keep people informed when a dodgy coupon is doing the rounds. We try hard to help people persuade their local tesco to take coupons.
We try to work with coupon providers, ie reporting obvious fakes going around.
All this is done with one intention. To keep Tesco happy which in turn keeps us couponners happy.
We all want to save money using coupons when we can, especially in this time of financial problems for many.
Please do not take it personally when someone says they find it hard to believe, because it is hard to believe that someone can be so stupid to push the policy so far.
In fact, if I was manager of the Tesco you go to, I would be inclined to check what the staff are doing allowing people to multi shop on 1 day and if someone is seen to do this I would sack them. (after issuing warnings of course).
I also believe it possible that the manager could call in the police as this could be construed as fraud, though I might be wrong on this.
So rather that drive that particular Tesco towards possible closure due to loss of revenue they should think long and hard about what they are doing.0 -

Just got this reply from Pedigree ....:j
Thank you for contacting Pedigree. Please accept my apologies for any confusion that has been caused. I can confirm that there has been a printing error and we do not make puppy cans at 300g. You should still be able to use your coupon on the puppy 400g cans in the supermarkets/pet stores, however, if you do experience any difficulties please contact me on the number below or email me if this is easier for you.
If you need any further information or advice please contact our Consumer Careline on the telephone number below and one of our Consumer Care Advisors will be more than happy to help you.
Kind regards.
