Can anyone clarify something that so far has not been made clear?

As I understand it all wins prior to 3rd September at 10.30 will be honoured. If you won a minor and major prize before this time does this mean you cant now win again or was it a clean slate from 10.30 on the 3rd September and you can now win one minor and major ?

The wins prior to 3rd Sept do count so unfortunately if you won major & minor prizes before then you can't win again.
Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

    I didn't lou.
  • I read somewhere, in one set of T&Cs somewhere sometime, that if ID wasnt provided after initial or first contact, claims would be invalid.

So I assume you send off wrapper, they contact you asking for ID and you send it.

I won £500, sent it off today special delivery (don't even trust recorded but that is another story) and I didn't send ID as nowhere in the WEM did it say I was to send ID?

  • I am happy to try anybody's codes.
Got a couple of free hours and feeling lucky....
  • Just a little worried, £100 won with friends details, but put in the address shes staying at at the moment, (her parents) shes been there a month or two after a car accident, but she wont have any proof of id on with that address cos thats not her proper address. On the bottom of the t and c's it says any major win must send proof of id.

  • 1.Winners will be notified via email or post on how to claim their prize and will be subject to provisional proof of ID and a verification process to ensure they comply with the Terms and Conditions. Only official promotional packaging will be accepted. Packaging that is damaged defaced, copied or defective in any way will not be accepted

    3. If any winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from first attempting to do so, or after initial contact does not send in the appropriate details for validation, or does not meet the verification criteria then the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to the entry next most closely following the original winning moment

I assume this means most major prizes will take some time to pay out. They have 28 days to contact you after receiving your wrapper, they request ID, you then send in ID, they then process it, then another dept raises the cheque, another dept post it out........
