Loopy Lou- I dont know the answer to your question, but this comp is open to over 16s. I dont know many over 16s who would have a driving license, passport, or utility bill they could send in for proof of ID. My stepson is 16, and would have no way of proving he was at his address.

So I dont know what ID is required. Sorry.

I have the same problem loopylou... will just have to see.

My brother also had a win but he lives with my parents so won't have any utility bills or a driving licence... he doesnt even have a passport!

Yeah, have sent it off so just awaiting a reply, surely they can't expect everyone to have driving licence or utility bill?

& what if someones entered at a different address for any reason, theres nothing in terms that says you can't do that... they've just not thought it through by the looks of it

as far as i understand cg1982 aslong as you put it in your name you can win again. Your husband now cant win anymore £50's but can win a higher prize in his name

They do say per person, per address in the T & Cs so if you only enter at one address then it's probably OK if you can prove you are resident there.

They also say you will need ID proving your address if you win more than £50, so you can't really complain if they ask for it. This will be to stop people using multiple addresses to enter.

They might have messed up some aspects of this promotion but they are quite clear about that bit.
