they're just causing confusion at the moment..
I know people that were buying biccies everyday but have stopped now so they will actually be selling less... I've bought more mcvities in 1 week than I would usually buy in a year!!

It is stupid. I work in a food production factory and we make 60 of each product per minute. If we are using 2 lines, we'd be making 120 and so on and so on. I doubt the BB dates would be changed dailey, so hundreds of biscuits with the same time codes on would be printed. And I doubt everyone who buys them, enters the comp. They should have done unique codes like xoxlauraxox said.

no, sometimes I swear it says unlucky you STILL havent won anything good. Running out of room to store all these sodding biscuits too, I bought the bogofs and half prices ones but will donate some packs somewhere, I dont want to be getting fat from them. Lets just hope the people I donate them too dont use the codes cos they might get accused of not paying for them :rotfl:0

I don't think they see it like that, because we weren't breaking the rules.
I think they look at us and think that we are not the type of people that they were hoping would win their prizes. I think they were hoping that Mr or Mrs average shopper would be winning, but what they don't seem to realise is that the likelyhood of Mr and Mrs average shopping buying extra biscuits to enter their draw is slim. Most members of the general public if you asked them if they were going to enter this comp would say no - because no one ever wins at these things.
And that is if they even notice that there is a comp on the packet. I asked around at work (80 people) if they bought McVities biscuits, most don't but of those that have done recently all of them said they hadn't even noticed there was a competition on the packet.
