Tescos is done and dusted, £27 this week on food and £26 on petrol. Just as I put the key in the door when I got home I felt the first spot of rain and now its chucking it down again and the wind is howling, so I'm staying put for the rest of the day; housework and mse for me todayMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I've blitzed the flat for the last hour, everything is now roughly back in its rightful place, its almost reaching presentable standard
It still needs a really good clean and theres still lots of bits to sort, but overall it would pass if anyone turned up, not that I think anyone is likely to in this weather!
I'm going to have half an hour of looking for some betting stuff then I'll crack on againMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

AAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
I've just gone to read my meter for the electric and the figures haven't changed at all for 2 months ... phoned them up and they said they need to come and replace it which they can't do until 21st December, unless I take time off work ... err no!!! Then they will have to estimate my usage for the last 2 months ... I mentioned that I haven't had the heating on etc as I'm trying to save money etc but he said they won't be able to get accurate figures so will have to base it on average usage   I will be arguing my case of course, especially as it will be another month till its done, so thats another month of estimated figures. So, heatings going on right now
I'm wondering if its anything to do with the builders who were here in the summer, they dug up loads of stuff and messed around with gas / electric stuff, and its roughly since then that mine hasn't recorded my usage, maybe someone else is paying it for me :rolleyes:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
