I'm glad you are feeling better, but sorry that DS is now not well :( I hope you have a productive day, though.

    Well ds is well and truly sicky, he's being sick every time he has a sip of water :o He's laying on the sofa and is quite sleepy in between. I have done 2 loads of washing so far and am trying to come up with a list for today as I'm struggling to find anything else for ebay;
    • ironing
    • sort food cupboards
    • fill in life insurance form (still not done :o)
    • try and find 5 things to ebay
    • move money accordingly for the new month
    • pay buildings insurance
    • research and join a new bookies
Hmm, thats it for now, sure there must be lots more ...

You poor things! I hope today isn't too bad..... Benben, I was just looking at your last post, about struggling to come up with things. Do you knit at all? The little things that don't take long to make, baby clothes, finger puppets, that sort of thing - if you have spare time and energy, just sitting there, they *could* be a way to use that time productively.

    Lots of hugs.

Unfortunately knitting isn't me KC, we were talking about it at work thought the other day actually and someone said they might teach us how to do it at lunchtimes, as we all thought it was one of those useful things we'd like to know how to do (clearly getting old now :rotfl:)

If I can't think of much else I might have some designated competition entering time, I haven't done that for ages and its one of those things I never find time for, so maybe I'll work through my list and then I can sit down and do that guilt-free :D

Absolutely! And knitting isn't "old" round by me - the knitting group at the local cafe are all in their twenties! Look out for a book called Stitch'n'!!!!! - I found it at my central library in town, its excellent.

Competitions are good! And easy. And free.

Ds is still sicky, he's slept on and off all day really, just waking up every half hour or so to be sick then he goes back off to sleep again :o:o I'm now dreading the phone call from his dad as he's supposed to be having him tomorrow and saturday, but at the moment that isn't going to be happening :(

I got a few bits done off my list, I paid the buildings insurance and did the food cupboards out, I did look into a new bookies but couldn't find much at the moment so left that one. I have managed to enter about 30-40 competitions though, all ones from the board on here, so fingers crossed I may get lucky :)

Morning :) Ds went to sleep at 7 last night and I had an early night too in case we were up during the night. Unfortuantely his dad decided to call at 10pm to see how he was and woke us both up  Ds then woke again at 11 and 2 this morning and was sick, but managed to sleep the rest of the night. He woke this morning and his temperature has gone, but he's been sick again already :o:o Am just waiting for his dad to call and throw a hissy fit when I say ds has to stay here today :(

Other than that I have already made the beds, put a load of washing on, emptied the dishwasher, folded the clean washing ready for ironing and put away various bits that were on the floor in each room :)

I've had a couple of cups of coffee and thought about doing all of the above!

I hope DS feels better soon. I am going to start being productive at 9am......more coffee first.....

    Have a good day x
