Woohoo, that has also meant that December 2021 is no more :j :je

I know that if/when I move my mortgage will go back up in terms of its finishing date, but for now I'm going to carry on as before with recording my mortgage progress on here.

and if I was to actually pay my overpayments off the mortgage (rather than keep them in the mortgage pot), my mortgage balance would currently be £37,988 :beer:

Haven't heard anything yet from the estate agent about how the viewing went. 10p on the scratches and not a lot else to report today really, only 1.5 days to go until the holidays :j :j

I hope its good news for you, Benben - my estate agent and HIPs bloke both did their thing well, just got to wait for the details to be finalised now. I don't know *how* you've managed to keep the place tidy enough for viewings with only 10m swish and swipe, I salute you!

Morning all

Today is payday which is always a good day in the progress of my mortgage free challenge. The normal £200 etc has been duly moved over to the mortgage pot and this has deleted November 2021 from the chart already :j :j
March has been a great month for my £10 a day challenge although I did have a couple of large lump sums to help towards it, as well as Cheltenham for the matched betting, so it made a nice total figure, I'm not sure how April will go, there are no lump sums that I am aware of and we are away for 4 days so may find it quite tricky this month

I do however have a fortnight off work so there are opportunities to make some money there hopefully
