Morning all, today is weigh-in day and this week I have lost 2.5lbs :j :j I'm very very happy about this and hopefully this will give me the motivation to avoid the chocoalte this weekend :D I am now only half a pound heavier than when my ex left me nearly 5 years ago (I lost 2 stone when he left but have put it all back on and some :o).

Well done!! I have to admit I am finding it hard this week - I am decorating, and doing house stuff, so I find that I eat at strange times, and tend to snack when I have a break for coffee. I suppose the flip side is that decorating and humping furniture about is at least burning more calories than sitting on the sofa, so maybe it will even itself out as the week goes on.

I'm also off work this coming week with the children so find that harder to do my own thing too - so I am just hoping to basically stay the same until I go back to work, then I can kickass with the points again!!

That takes me up to 11lbs so far KM, still a long way to go but once I get under 11 stone then I'll be getting nearer to the point where I don't mind how I look so much if that makes sense :)

Hypno, I agree, I find the holidays much harder as its so much easier to just eat whenever you want wheres at work there are set times when I can eat. I'd love to be at 11 stone by the time we go back to school but I think its unlikely as we're off to Devon next week with mum and dad, and mums idea of self-catering is to eat out every night :o

I've got down to just under 11 stone.....so that is my motivation in the short term - not to go back over! I was 10 st 11.5 at WW on Wednesday so not much leeway, but enough to be practical and motivating I reckon!

Like you, I started at almost 12 stone, so to stay at this level for a couple of weeks won't be the end of the world......but I don't want to go back to work in a week or so at 11st 6!

Life is never easy is it!!

  • You're both doing great, keep making those 0 point soups to even out the treats and you'll continue in the right direction x

Lol at him checking you out.... :D

I was chatting to another Mum at swimming this morn, they went to Devon cliffs last year and loved it, just said was quite hilly so you'll have lots of exercise!!

We need to arrange a night out soon BB, I can come to you or vice versa, would be fun.

I had a bit too much to drink last night (on my own) and feel a bit tired today, DD has an easter egg hunt at my cousins for hour and a half so I may sneak home a flop!! :D

:easter_ba Have a fab easter chick xxx

Thats good to hear about Devon Cliffs Tigz, thankyou :) I'm hoping the weather picks up a bit too, not gonna be much fun in a caravan in this rain :o

All Easter bits are now wrapped and ready for tomorrow, ds is due back in about 2.5hrs, so have got a bit of time to mooch on here this afternoon, maybe do some more competitions again, then when he's home I need him to make mum and dad an Easter card :)

I also need to update this months spending diary as already there have been several small spends and I need to keep track of it this month as I haven't been very good at doing that recently :o
