    Yep I think I will get another valuation, just to see if its similar, and tbh I could put it on and make it work, however, I don't like the idea of being overstretched and don't want to settle for buying somewhere that isn't completely what I want, I'm not planning on moving again for a long time after this one so it needs to be totally right, so perhape I am better waiting a little longer and giving myself a bit more breathing space financially :) I think I was just disappointed as it was lower than I was expecting and I think I am being realistic based on similar properties, maybe I just love my flat too much! Thats the good thing though, I do love it so its not a problem staying here, I just wish ds had a garden to play in :(

    Thankyou KM :) I have just popped in to the estate agent I bought the flat from and they are coming round on monday after school for another valuation although I think my mind is basically made up now anyway ;)

    Just done a qualifying bet for a match tomorrow which will get me a free £10 bet :) Another one to do for sunday but the odds are dire at the moment.

    Tonight when ds has gone to his dads I'm going to try and get my head around the money pots and have a bath and maybe an earlyish night :)

    Awww BB, am sorry you didn't get a higher valuation, but like KM said you can put it on for a higher amount, and a good plan getting agent round.

    Are you doing anything nice this w/end?x

    I'm chilling out big time Tigz :) I'm not planning on much, the flat is looking lovely, I will flick the duster round and make sure its nice and tidy still ready for the other valuation, I'm having my hair cut and coloured tomorrow afternoon, probably out with a mate tomorrow night, and thats about it, other than some betting and maybe some ebaying if I can find anything to stick on there :)

    Morning all :) Right, today is the day Weightwatchers starts all over again in this houes, I feel like a stuck record at the moment as I keep saying that but its no good, my weight situation is not getting any better so enough is enough, thats it, back to square one with it :o

    My weight today is 12 stones :eek: and it needs to get back to under 10 stone ultimately, but once I get back under 11 I will be relatively happy. So the plan is;
    1. 20 points a day on WW
    2. walking as much as possible (using the walk with me ds thing)
    3. drinking lots of water
    4. doing a fitness dvd 3 times a week
    I will try and post on my progress on a daily basis, I'm going to take some 'before' photos, going to head over to the slimming threads and also stick some photos of 'before' and 'after' celebs on the fridge and the cupboards (will have to remember to take them down when the estate agent comes round on monday :rotfl:I'm also sick to death of only being able to wear a tiny proportion of my wardrobe too.

    I'm having my hair cut and highlights done this afternoon which always helps with how I feel about how I look, so hopefully that will kick-start me on my way :)

    Other than all that, 25p on the scratches this morning, nothing new in the banking, and well done Amy :T :T :T

    All sounding v positive BBAM, I am finding soup with no points to be my saviour in the weight loss campaign:D! Hope the next valuation is more positive but if it isn't think how much less of that mortgage you'll have next year. These days with the stuff you need (homebuyers pack etc) I suppose putting it on higher and hoping for an offer is not really an option as it costs too much.

    Yep SS, tbh the valuation on monday is essentially pointless as I think the sensible thing is to stay put for now, but will be interesting to see what they say.

    Well to kickstart the weightloss I've just tried doing the davina dvd (seller doesnt want it back :)), and I made it through the warm-up and the legs and bums bit but half way through the upper body bit I've pulled the tricep muscsle in my left arm :( Never mind, its a start in the right direction ;)

    I'm off for a shower now then may go for a walk down the beach as its a gorgeous day here before I get my hair done.
