Having worried all day about ds today I raced from work to see his teacher, (she wrote a note in his book saying I could pop in and see her after school tonight), only to be told she's gone to a meeting  Also the letter ds wrote her and the note I wrote her are still in his bag (they don't check and he forgot ....)

Anyway, I have just done the work with ds that was sent home for him to catch up on and ds mentioned that he couldn't do it in class cos he kept falling asleep  I'd so love his father to realise the impact he has on him but he just doesn't get it at all  I will try again tomorrow to see his teacher and will try again tonight to make sure he's in bed early and catches up on more sleep.

Other than that theres not much else to report; tomorrow is payday so looking forward to some number crunching and also its a short month next month which is always good :D although it does also involve a week off work in the middle of it which could make the budget go astray :o

Been a very productive hour; we've had dinner, I've had my bath, loaded the dishwasher and switched on, put a load of washing on, semi tidied up and ds is just about to jump in the bath :D

I want to get a tesco order done tonight to be delivered tomorrow night so I don't have to face the supermarket at the weekend :)

I'm glad you've had a good solid hour of doing stuff once you got home - I'm sure you both need to curl up now, and have some TLC....lots of hugs.

I did see his teacher tonight Tigz, she was lovely and said he's seemed very tired this week (blame daddy last weekend ), and he's been making wrong choices or just refusing to do his work. Today he's been better though (very early night last night ;)) and hopefully we'll have a good weekend.

We will definitely be able to meet up in half-term, not sure which day yet but will sort out soon and let you know :)

I'm off for a warm bath now, I'm freezing and can't get warm so hopefully that will sort me out :D

Enjoy your bath, I never have a bath as the bath is an ancient iron one so the water never stays warm for long :(

Ok, let me know, if I book anything for the days I'll let you know, if weather is nice could always do Longdown again, or you're feeling flush Paultons :p
