When do you receive your clubcard points? cos I haven't gotten any yet.

If opening account between 23 July and 16 September, the points should be added between now and the November Clubcard statement. Tesco have to wait until after 7 October, because the points are based on balance in Instant Access on 7 October.

Hi - I hope it has all gone smoothly. I applied for an account before Sept 16 (dated 13th) though it was not opened until the 23rd. The 13th is on my reference number. I transfered £5000 for the £15/£60 awards so it was in the account on the 7th. I took the £5k out again yesterday leaving in £1.

The very helpful member of staff said that if I had a problem with the points I was to phone giving the reference number and they would be awarded.

I've just closed my account as I'm told I have fulfilled all the requirements and am told cheque will be sent out to me shortly.

If I opened the account before the 18th September 2009 and had a cleared balance of £3000 before 7 October 2009, should I receive 1250 points or just 1000 points in November's statement?

Gracie from TPF reckoned only 1000 points...

If you opened your account before the 16th September and had a cleared balance of £3,000 on 7 October you should get 1000 points on November's Clubcard statement.

I haven't had mine go on yet, but they're going to have to be quick if I'm to get them on my November statement because when I check my points online I see the following message...

"Any Clubcard points you have collected prior to 18th October will be converted into Clubcard vouchers and will arrive by 8th December"

Have got my card reader, and card a week ago - it is now asking me for a pin. I presume this is a new, yet another pin, different to the ones used for tesco internet banking? How long after the card and reader does it tend to arrive ...?

If you got the card and card reader a week ago the PIN ought to be with you now. Maybe call if nothing in post next day.
