Hiya guys
Well, I've added up my spends and they come to the grand total of £40.77 with 22 NSD's so maybe the flu could cut my budget if I had it monthly:rotfl::rotfl:lost 3stin 4mnths GC nov£90/£51.65 July£100/£97.67 Aug£90/£18.59LBM Nov05 Loan £4910.65 Paid April07 sealed pot challenge#256Nov06 CC £2,590.56 Paid aug07 + Savings07/08 Night Owl 22#Mortgage £87,000/£84,000/ £82,261.00/£81,785.30 £80,268/£75402.00/£71229.15 DFW NERD 987 Long Haul member 125 debt free 24th aug 070 -

Declaring at £327 for the month of August.
Rather over the £280 set but I have done a couple of big shops in the last couple of days which will help with Septembers figure0 -
Well, so much for today being an NSD - managed to spend £18.30 :rolleyes2
DD decided to drag me out to sort out her getting a new sofa (minor complications on financing, plus she wanted me to read all the small print of that plus the £200 5yr warranty they were trying to sell her along with it), which meant we ended up on a retail park with a large Mr A.
As I have to make a special trip out when I want a Mr A (a few bits I can only get there) I decided to make the most of having already used the petrol to get there. So I stocked up on cereals, own brand Iron Brew and curry sauces (all for DS, although GDs will probably help eat the cereals), replaced a few store cupboard essentials I finished off while making my Old Dowerhouse Chutney yesterday, plus picked up a few Whoopsie bits and bats from the F&V section.
Did discover that the S/P Curry Sauce was 5p a jar rather than the anticipated 4p, but DD decided to get a jar to try at that price - seems she's never spotted it beforeI picked up 9 jars for home, which should last DS until the end of the year...... now I just need to get it all batch cooked and into the freezer so I've got the jars for the marrow chutney I need to get made this week !!!!
Declaring for August at £122.12 - which is 74.55% of my budget for the month :T
Was also a smashing month for Whoopsies now I'm getting to grips with our new Mr M..... £36.30 of my total spends was on goods with combined shelf ticket values of £165.41
And my freezers are almost totally full...... DS is going to have to wait for a new tub of ice-cream until I've got the currys frozen (individual portions in tubs which needs loads of space) then transferred into bags to free up some gaps.
Also have to find room for most of the Whoopsie chicken I cooked in the slow cooker today - we used the two 'leg portions' with chips and gravy for tea, but still have two breasts (1 meal each, possibly plus a couple of sandwich rolls) plus the rest of the brown meat (enough for at least one rissotto, probably 2)Cheryl0 -
Totally forgot about GC,totals and budgetting as had an unexpected bereavment. This obviously sent everything haywire, with extra visitors etc.,so will declare at £210 please Mrsmc, and try again for £180 in September.
See you next month:rolleyes:
