Heads Up for Harrod's Grotto Tickets - SORRY!

I've too received an email from Harrods today, to say that the tickets I spent over 6 hours trying to reserve (getting to the final page endless times before finally giving up) are attached to the email.

I'm really pleased to find that I've been given a Sunday too, I tried so many different dates as every time I got to the dates available section many dates were not available any longer. It seems that I probably spent 5 hours too much trying to book!! As Sunday's got booked very quickly... Nevermind hopefully the experience the kids (and us parents) enjoy will make up for the time spent trying to get the tickets!

I have received an e-mail today confirming the tickets my brother - in - law booked (they were staying with us for the week) but when I read down, it says that because we made several bookings (only one each that got confirmed although we spent hours between us trying to book) that was the slot they chose for us. I'm really worried now that my tickets have been cancelled (they were obviously in different names, but same surname and same number of tickets). I've already printed mine. I'll have to ring them tomorrow to try to sort it out. has anyone else had this? I will be so gutted after the amount of time and energy I spent getting them if they have been cancelled, especially as I convinced bil to do it too! I'm hoping some of the last page logouts actually went through and booked without confirming to us. Please.....

yes, its the same here. as i wanted to show the Santa to my nieces and daughter's friends, i was advised i had only one booking. anyway, they chose the better time and date for me

I'm really confused now. I had an email but hadn't opened it. I already had an email for the second date I tried to book. I've now got an email for the date I wanted but my husband's away on that day now and I wanted us all to go together. Does it mean my other date is cancelled?

Phew! 'Phoned Harrods and both bookings are confirmed so we WILL see Santa this year!! Thanks to a ll for support during a very stressful booking period. i don't post much but I do read ALOT!

I can't get out of work for weekdays in November and December (I am a theatre nurse - and this time of year is exceptionally busy)(ignore that, all year is busy, hee hee)
We are planning to take a daytrip to London on my birthday - December 12th, but Harrods could only give us tickets for Friday November 13th (Husband agreed to the date - not realising I am on a course which I cannot get out of, even if I tried)
Does anyone have 3 spare tickets for any time on December 12th, would gladly give you our 3 for November 13th in return.

hi all looks like i'm sooooooo very late for all this xmas fun we really wanted to take our little ones to see santa at harrods!!! had no idea this madness started this early!!!

so if anyone has any dates that they can not go could you please PM me!! any dates and times are fine!!!

i would be so greatful as my son with be 2 and half and it's his first year of santa and all that that he really knows whats going on!!!

I know it's highly unlikely, but if anyone has 3 spare tickets for Saturday December 12th, I would love it if you could consider us for them please
