Thats the number Ive been calling Ive had a different response every time - do you know what guys I GIVE UP NOW!!!! some of you are still booking after I left my details for a call back. I have emailed Harrods and they can poke it now - Selfridges here I come :mad:

I've been trying on and off ringing and website since 11:00am this morning. Been hearing the answering machine all the time. Got through to the final confirm booking on the website 3 times for it only to crash. Now I know the phone number by heart! :rolleyes:

Now I finally got through on the phone after a 15 minute wait and the lovely lady booked me some tickets. Yey! :beer: We're going on the 7th december which is a monday at 11:30am.

The lady did say that booking more than 3 tickets (I only wanted 3) does limit the availability but if you only want 3 or less than there's loads left. I know this doesn't help everyone but may for some when you get through.

Fingers crossed for everyone else.

have got through but "error on site " so could not see triange. Got through on the phone to a switch board - when I said I wanted grotto tickets the reply was "ah yes" and was put through to the recorded message again.

Phewwwww!!! I have just booked my tickets :j:j after a 25 min wait on the phone (but worth the wait).

They have closed the booking service (she called it something like Omion?) you can now ring between 9-8 tomorrow and book!!!!1 !!!!!!
