You would think that after all the palaver last Tuesday, they would be better prepared than this!
It's not like Christmsas has come as a surprise to them!
I don't recall getting all this hassle last year!!

im wondering whats changed so much- as last year there was no probs at all- Im going to try one last time- was on hold for 10 mins last time! Then if no joy will go somewhere else!

Well finally got through to someone, was on hold for about 13 minutes. Managed to book Friday 18th. So I'm relieved. Thanks OP!

Think they've all packed up & gone home. Have tried on 2 computers (home & work) although I can easily get on the first page, it never gives me any dates and the phoneline is useless, voicemail everytime.

Keep trying to call. First time I got voicemail. Tried a few minutes after, it rang then was put on hold til I got through

What numbers are you calling on? I'm trying 020 7893 8877 and nobody is picking up. Just keeps ringing. Tried four times and same thing each time.

I've been on hold for nearly 20 mins - I like their idea of an associate will be with you 'shortly', not my idea of shortly have to say. May have to give up, the Chariots of Fire music is sucking away at the very life of me.

hold on Keefcat- i was on hold for 20 mins (actually 21 mins!) And finally got thorough- all weekends have gone for december- so i had to have a change of plan and am now going 23rd December- and now panicking at how busy London's going to be at that time in December!
