Finally!!!!

OK, in case it helps anyone else, I switched from firefox to ie and found the system went through much quicker (this could have been coincidence with timing) I went through several dates and times only to be told there weren't enough seats. If you're after a weekend date you may well be out of luck already. I final got 5pm on Wed 23rd Dec, which dh going back into work begging to get the afternoon off. We go with friends and make a real day of it with the kids, taking them to the museums, etc

Well done, am just changing browser now. There is also the christmas fair at Hyde Park, thats what we will combine our trip with, if we ever get tickets lol

I called them - got through in under five mins. Booked over the phone. Most weekend tickets gone although there are some if you only need 2/3.

Having said that, I booked 10 tickets, last weekend in November.

Just spoke to a lovely lady who said the website has crashed again and just to keep trying-i only called to ask if i needed a ticket for a 9 month old but am now on hold to someone else.

what a load of rubbish is all I can say . A start of a tradition with our family that has now ended abruptly.

phoned first time got voicemail telling me to go on line
called second time got put through to voicemail
called third time got put through to voicemail again - what have you got to do to get a damn ticket!!!!!!!
