every time I get to the payment page - submit book - then it says processing..then takes me straight back to the sign in page

morning all, think there will be lots of tired mummies and daddies today.
I also gave up about 2.30 this morning.
Just logged onto my grotto account and it shows my order, but i haven't got an email confirmation and it said I didn't add a rewards card.
Think It will be along wait on the telephone today.

when you did it last night did it take you back to the first screen after "processing", please?

at least there are not any tickets for sale on ebay (yet! - wonder how they will get round the new system) - none of the bootleggers have managed to buy a ticket :rotfl: Does anyone know when Selfridges start booking for their grotto?

Stayed up until 2.30 and got thrown out more times than I can remember! Started again this morning at 7.30 and after a couple of wasted tries finally got the tickets! Make sure the grotto account details match your rewards card details - think i had mixed up mine and my husband's details and when i finally changed them got through first time - clearly brain had already gone to sleep! Only thing that made me realise i wasn't going mad was everyone else saying about the same problem on your forum - so thank you for sharing! Just joined up so i could say thank you, good luck and check your details match!!

After staying up 'til 2am last night and getting to the payment page before my internet connection was apparently lost(even though other sites were still working!), i have just managed to get a confirmation through on my first try this morning. Had to set up a 3rd Grotto account, so not sure if that's going to mess up getting the fiver back onto my rewards card, but at least i seem to have successfully got 4 tickets sorted. BTW, all days still have availability although Christmas eve and the saturdays in December are now showing s being limited. Keep on a troshin!

I don't think Harrods like me..... tried loads of times but its still not working for me and the days & times i want are going.

I got tickets this morning at about 6am, I haven't received an email yet but when I log back in it brings up the details of my booking.

No, I got all the way. Then it stopped after I put my mastercard password in.
