This is exactly what is happening to me. Put all details in, it says "Processing your order" and then the log in page pops up again. Not sure if I have booked tickets or not. V. annoying

Same has happened to me - don't know if I've got tickets or not and don't want to keep booking in case I get hundreds of tickets... Anyone knnow w tel number I could call?

I think it means no tickets have been booked! On my fifth attempt and beginning to lose the will to live. (Maybe will go to Westfield or Selfridges instead....)

if you have already signed up for the rewards card, it takes you to the booking page straight away, I signed up a few weeks ago, and I have just logged in and took me less than 5 minuted to get the tickets for the date I wanted!

So has anyone succeeded and if so what was the final confirmation page like and have you received a confirmation e-mail? I got to confirming all the details on the screen and then took me back to the beginning AGAIN!!

GOT IT... 5th time lucky - if you get right to the end, there is a confirmation page with booking reference number on it, option to print and something saying you will receive confirmation by e-mail. Will be checking my CC statement carefully to check I haven't been charged 4 time! Good luck all...

when i found out that you had to pay £5 admin fee and it goes on your reward card if you have got one, i signed up for one a few weeks ago, just logged in on the rewards card page and it took me straight to the page to book the tickets. See if you can sign up for it now, it might take you straight to the booking page then.
