I bought my dress nearly a year ago, since then i have lost nearly 3 stone and guess what the dress doesnt fit - this has be soooo upsetting for me but luckly thought i have spoken to Lindaatno9 on this forum who i have since visted and she said it can be altered.
All i would say is looking back i probally bought my dress too soon so just hold out till you are happy with your size/shapehave the best little boy in the world :j

Hi Everyone!!
Getting married 25th May 2011 in Zakynthos!! Its all booked, and we have a wedding planner so the only thing we have to do are the buying of the wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, suits and rings and our holiday over there!
Got my dress in October last year, which is really really early,I know but I love it soooo much, its perfect for a beach wedding!! Got a size bigger, just incase but it can be altered easily!
Doing bridesmaid dress from the high street hopefully this season, to keep costs down, and to get something in chiffon as it will be hot.....
OH hasn't decided what he wants to wear, he's joking that he'll turn up in speedos!!
Booking the time over there soon, hoping to get three weeks!!
Has anyone else got their wedding dress as early as I did??
Good luck everyone, big hugs XX:jGetting married 31st May 2011:j0 -
Hi all,
Just thougt I'd update on progress.....
Booked Venue and Registrar today (origionally wanted Sat 28th May but now gone for Sunday 29th after venue was already booked). On the plus it means that we don't have to have the minimum numbers that apply for the Saturday which would have meant that it was possibly ruled out.
Very happy now, feel like I can relax for a while even though I know there is soo much to do (especially as soo many of you seem to be soo organised)
Any ideas for honeymoon.... will need to be 5 nights as we are both teachers so it's back to work the following week, ideally somewhere warm ish and not too touristy but still with things to do if thats at all possible?????Married my wonderful husband 29th May 20110 -

Hi people,
Getting married 21st May 2011, and haven't done a darn thing yet!
Obviously everyone is in different areas, but anyone going for a marquee? I really want my wedding outside, and my best friends and BM seems to think May time is always pretty good weather. We're getting married in Bath.
Gonna have a capri marquee, and then if its pouring I guess I'll just have to put the sides down.
Anyone been to a marquee wedding in pouring rain? God, just wish there was reliable weather in England!LBM January 2017 £34k will have paid back finally by my DFD May 2021got my first store card on my 18th birthday, never known a life without the grey cloud of debt looming over me. 18yrs and the end is finally in sight 🤩0
