Oh god thanks for that Bob, think I might retire to bed with a book - 16 weeks a year eeeeeek:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I must admit a while back we looked at Brighthouse for a 40'' telly and the payments were £10 a week. I almost did it but decided to see what was knocking about on ebuyer and they had a deal for a 37'' for £287 so we put the £40 a month a side and saved up to buy one from ebuyer. It only took 6 months. If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00

I'd never go to Brighthouse for anything. I know it's not what you want to hear but it really is better to save up if you can. We saved up for our TV and it really is better knowing that it's yours and paid for.0

A friend of mines TV died last week and he has money but didn't wanna spend much so I went looking on Ebay.
We got him a 36" inch Toshiba CRT with Dolby Digital built in for a grand total of £50!!
5 years ago this was one of the best TV's money could buy.
In all honesty this TV outperforms all the cheapy LCDs for £200-£300 for standard tv picture quality.
So if you NEED a tv just go for a 2nd-hand big CRT and you will be pleasantly suprised.0 -
CRTs are just so bloody heavy to lug around.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

I think they are designed for looking at, not taking out with you.0
