Chaos Theory welcome to the thread. All you need to do is come and tell us what you have done/are going to do re your housework. Some post lots of times a day, some once a day, some a few times a week – it’s entirely up to you. hth
Hugs lblblbnb
Mummy of 5 hope your little ones are better soon
Princess Jane, sorry to hear money is so tight this month. Next time you want to cash in your loose change, I wouldn’t go to the machines at supermarkets because they take 8% of your money. What I do is bag mine up and pay it in at the bank, that way I get to keep all of my hard earned cash! Why not join my loose change thread?
Hope you feel better GnB and Dolly
Soappie, you are quite right not to condone anything illegal – stick to your guns and do what you know to be right
Valli, I await your email with keen anticipation
Well done Debvan, you have done fab today
I've done absolutely nothing today, feeling really rubbish again. I think I overdid it yesterday, as feel like I'm back to square one again with this virus. I feel like it's never going to go away.
Going to have an early night now, night night

Weight lost since 9 June 2009: [STRIKE]5.5[/STRIKE] 6 lbs0 -
i don't mean to snap but after 16 months no one can tell me why my child won't eat, she has been seen my a pead and now we are under a dietican, all full of fab advice but no of it so far has worked. for breakfast the lo has cheddar cheese, i have tried every thing possible but she just won't eat.
Nik - I know that others have also posted about how their LO's were difficult to get to eat and I too had a LO that was allergic to milk so refused to eat most things as he would throw up - not fun when it happens several times a day - every day. We went to the Paediatrician and also the Dietician - not really much help - like you say they had a few ideas but in practice it didn't work.
I have to say that I used to have additional calories in a huge tub (on prescription) for him - Maxijule I think it was called. I used to add this to soup, cereal, like ready break, soya custard, soya milk shades. I think this did make a difference. He only weighed 17lbs at about 15months old - but he was very fussy and still sticks to just a the food he knows wont upset him... he is 18 now and skinny and not underweight.SarahShattered wrote: »Re: the food and LO's debate! I hate it when I post first and finish reading the rest after!!!
Nikflo My DD3's meds mean that she doesn't want to eat a lot of the time. The best piece of advice I have found is to make every drink count. I don't give her anything that is 'no sugar ' And I try to make sure she has a chocolate milkshake every day. My DD3 is dairy intolerant which adds to the fun! But a homemade soya milkshake can rack up 150 calories, a drink of blackcurrant is approx 120-150 calories depending on the size of glass. A glass of fruit juice is the same.
We make sure that she has at least 3 x 150 calorie drinks a day. It has really made a difference to her weight.
Don't want to teach you to suck eggs, but that info really helped us.
I agree this worked for us too.
November NSD 1/10Weight loss - 7lbs from the 41 I need to loose = 34 to go0 -

- [STRIKE]write and post sympathy cards[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]reply to Rosey's e mail[/STRIKE]
- tidy handbag and purse

RIGHT.. its know its livingroom/hall day... but to sort them properly i first needed to sort the office/spare room/junk room really so i could put the clutter of my avon stuff from the living room back in the office where it belongs...
So i took on the big job.... and FINALLY after a couple of hours... 3 binbags for the bin... 2 for charity shop...and a carrier bag rehomed to my mums.... im exhausted!!! :rotfl:
BUT ive reclaimed the hellish room!!!:D:j:j:j Its nowhere near perfect as EX's stuff is still all in there piled up in the corner (albeit more neatly and compact) but i can get in to use the room now as an office again, i can get into my wardrobe and i can get to the tumble drier so im counting it as a success!!
Im soooo proud i thought id give you some before and after pics.. (Hope you dont mind... im home alone and desperate to show my hard work off!!:o:o:o:rotfl:)

He only weighed 17lbs at about 15months old - but he was very fussy and still sticks to just a the food he knows wont upset him... he is 18 now and skinny and not underweight.
DS3 was lactose intolerant and also had reflux.. he associated eaing with chronic tummy pains and vomitting so had liquidised food in a bottle or beaker until he was over 2... he was 3lb 10 at birth, 10lb at 6 months and 21lb at 2 years.. he was the scrawniest sickliest most hideous thing ever.. he constantly smelled of sick noone wanted to hold him because he vomitted constantly..
he is 10 now is a dodgy hit and miss eater.. refuses anything 'sloppy', won't eat potatoes or pasta or rice and is a nightmare.. he also has mild aspergers which adds to the fun. BUT he is not underweight any more.. though he is still anaemic.
We went to the dietician as well.. useless waste of space she was.. all she ever came up with was 'stop his middle of the night bottles' ... erm.. no.. they are the ONLY nourishment he actually gets and as he is already underweight I am NOT stopping those until we can get something else down him.. in the end I put in a complaint about her stupidity and useless advice and got the GP to prescribe the high calorie milk and powdery supplement to add to his other stuff.
anyway.. back on topic... list will be up momentarily for tomorrow!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
