Whaddaya mean back? As a driver? Team manager? Have you heard how Massa is doing? There was nothing on the news about him today

You must have different news to me ;)

Schumacher will be driving instead of Massa as long as he passes the fitness test. Massa is doing ok and responding to doctors and they are saying there shouldn't be any long term effects.

ETA - found the stories here

Johanne - well done on your huge declutter operation; I need some of your energy / determination please

I did my HHI and HHFiling during WDYTYA. Programme was great but I did get tearful and am now wondering how I can find out more about my Grandfather. I think the programme makers should do some research for me :p

    I've done all my ironing.

Plugs are fortunately holding fast so I don't have a moat - thankfully as I would have with the rain we've had this evening. Highways did not show up as planned today to do their work - let's hope they turn up tomorrow.

Hoping to get more flying done tomorrow as not due out until swimming in the afternoon.

Jo you have done fab - well done!

Valli - have you finished drying and putting away your pots?

Johanne - well done :T. I hope you're feeling pleased with yourself.

Pen-pen - if your Le Creuset goes missing you'll know that Triker's been visiting your newly tidy cupboards!

Kazm - sorry to hear DH is still having a hard time at work. I hope your eventful holiday will take his mind off things for a bit :D

holly - I have a feeling soappie might be regretting taking on the stars for toots... I think she's realised how much hard work it is keeping track of what everyone has done!

Before my friend arrived I filled and set off the DW, and gave the kitchen yet another S&S . Surfaces are clear, hob has been wiped. Table has also been cleared and wiped... I'll update my list tomorrow afternoon (hopefully I'll managed to put it off until after my interview, as I should be preparing between the dentist at 13.45 and the interview at 16.30 ).

Suppose I should go to bed now... hugs all round. You're all great. Thank you so much for all your support on the job front... it's a difficult time as many of you (particularly Jo right now) know from your own experience, and it really helps knowing that you're all so supportive!
  • Johanne - you have done a fantastic job with your office/study - it looks so much better. I think I will post a before and after photo of my disgusting LR and ultility room but not just yet!

I have to clear the utility room tomorrow as quilt cover is still on the line in the pouring rain as I am not going out in that to get it in!!! but I cannot reach the TD with all of the stuff in front of it. The trouble is i have not yet finished the LR although making very slow progress here still a mess and when I clear the utility room it will be even worse.

I am hoping that I can clear the old kitchen units of stuff and then pack in the stuff from Mum that needs ebaying - I don't have time or energy to do this yet. This should clear some bags/boxes from the LR.

I wanted to some tonight but had to pick him up from his GF after work and didn't get home until 7.40 - then i helped him with his personal statement for Uni - AGAIN. And I have just spent the last 90mins on the phone to Mum trying to both calm her down and also to encourage her to not have another bed day tomorrow. I think both Mum and Dad are becoming very frustrated with packing and each other at the moment. We have still not heard anything about the bungalow that they put in a bid for - bidding closed at 12 on Tuesday. I so hope that they get it and will be moved by the end of August..... What a releif that would be.:o:D

I have bid on ebay for some more boxes for them - 40 more :eek::eek::eek: Their house is like a tardis - tiny but with sooooooooooo much stuff in it!!

Sorry for the rant - I must go to bed as I have an earlier visit tomorrow and another 1hr 20 mins drive to get there. But mainly I want to do some flying in the morning before I go and if i don't go to bed soon I wn't get up in time to fly :o:rotfl:

    Night night all
