Have not really done much flying today, done my dailies tho' and the house is looking good! My test is 'Would I be happy if my mother pulled up outside unannounced?' and YES I would !!

As they say good enough is good enough, one of my biggest problems in the past has been perfectionism and I often used think to myself that I won't do a job unless I can get it perfectly right, which I now see is rubbish!!!!! i will do what I can do and blow the rest of 'em!!!!

having said that the lovely lists help as they make me look at a different room each do and then 'do' what i need to do to get that room looking good. That and learning to put things away when i have finished with them has really been my 'lightbulb' discoveries!

  • Oh blimey! This is my first time on here for today. :o I have been catching up with the kitchen but I just haven't had any time to come on and catch up with the thread. I hope I haven't missed anything too exciting. It's weird, but without regular visits to this thread I feel so much more lethargic. Must get my bum back in gear!

with all due respect to Pigpen (of whom I am in awe) unless you can fly every day a shuffle is necessary and no way can everyone do every list on the day it's posted- because other things happen.

Please don't go! And if we could only post if and when we properly flew we'd have to kick out quite a few flyladies - and THAT'S not going to happen...naming no names...:rotfl:

noone is going naywhere.. or I'll come get you with my flyposse... :p .. you are staying.. flying or no..

and if we kicked of flyladies who didn't fly I'd have been out of here months ago!!!!

today I have done loads of washing and folding and bossing about..

OH on the other hand has been on one tidying the back room.. I am so not sharing!! he says he isn't doing the childrens rooms but if I sneak in there and make a start he will simply not be able to resist!! .. Maybe a weekend job after DS1 has gone back to coventry and while the others are at daddy's.. :p...

right.. I'll just finish reading then I'll bung up tomorrows list

I'm just going to be a bit quiet for a while, honestly feel so grot and it is getting to me that I can't get many tasks done, even from my own lists.

Still be around though. Have to, else no doubt the mad, dwarven woman will stomp round and demand to know whats happening.th_footstompingsmilie.gif :rotfl:

I'd be there already but it is p!$sing out there!!

  • Good evening everyone.

It's been another good day for me today. I have managed to do the bathroom as well as today's list which is just as well as I will be out all day tomorrow. I guess that I wont have much time for flying.

Soappie may I have some stars please?

Rosepink I have replied to your email.
