I agree, touch my food, feel my fork! If someone ate my eclair, they would be dead! Especially if they'd already annoyed me by not doing their chores, and if I'd been the one to buy the eclairs as a treat for us both - grr to your DDPenelope_Penguin wrote: »I'm feeling bad about the "rewards" on here. Blimey you lot have been quiet all of a sudden!
Think the interview went well, but it's hard to say. It's always difficult on phone calls... Anyway, I should know by the end of the week. Tonight I need to dig out some material to email over (presentations & that lovely video ) so that they can see some examples...
I need to find some food, then sort myself out for tomorrow... I'm in London for another day of cake decorating!
I picked up my spare wheel this morning, so that's fixed, but I forgot to call the garage to find out whether they're expecting my car tomorrow morning or not. As I have to get an 8am train, I guess they're not going to get it :rolleyes:0 -

She offends me with her goody two shoesness:p:p:p:p:p
Seriously I only do it for the same reasons, to prove to myself I CAN do it, and to motivate ME
That surely is the whole point of the rewards systems?
For US?
Not to make other people feel bad or feel like they are in some way underachieving:cool:
We all have different things going on in our lives that we have to fit around, and if some people can only manage to do level 1 well thats all they can manage. And if there are days they cant manage that so what?
I could do all the tasks every day, but I am a lazy sod so dont:o:rotfl:
I come here to feel motivated for ME, not really to compete........well maybe:D
I would hate anyone to feel bad cause others are doing better, and I have only been here for 5 mins:cool:
DONT GO
THAT is possibly the longest most sensible post I have ever made on here:eek::eek::eek:
P.S I decluttered some dinner:D:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -

Only problem the surgeon said 'he is fine just keep him quiet and not to run around for 10 days' Have you ever tried to keep an active 3 year old quiet and still for 10 minutes let alone 10 days!!!:rotfl::D
I remember when my DS was young, he had something called 'irritable hip'. He woke up one day and couldn't walk on one leg. Phoned the Doc who sent the flying orthopaedic doc out on a home visit (it was that sort of town and that sort of time!).
He checked him over and immediately admitted him to hospital to be put into traction. He was there a few days. He was six at the time. Traction is the ONLY legal way to keep a young child immobalised!I'm home, and just waiting for the call for my interview... (5 minutes to go... I'm not sure I've prepared properly). I'll catch up with you all later...
Hope it's going OK xxxPenelope_Penguin wrote: »Funny how you have images of people - I'd had you as a redhead
:eek: And SarahSH :eek: Please, I feel almost (AnW'sMum and other MSE families excepted and excused!) insulted..... I is BLONDE. Always have been, though the hairdresser helps out a bit now due to my advanced age
Mind you when my Dad grew a beard, there was a definite ginger stripe in there somewhere!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

That's what I mean - I know it's said in jest, but this isn't the first time such a remark has been aimed at me personally, and it upsets me none the less. I'll keep it to myself from now on.
Soappie and rosepink - thank you for your PMs - mind put at rest now :A
