Valli-certainyl special interest on ebay :ebay: don't think I could do it though....I mean sell thew shoes rather than want to buy them:rotfl:

Well XH had the children today but I still had my niece but managed to do some scrap-booking so that was nice.

He says he will have them in a fortnights time but doesn't know if he will have them overnight:rolleyes:well there's a surprise.

DD is really tired so think she may go to bed soon. typical she does it on a Saturday night.

Not been feeling too happy today and yesterday. just felt sad and moody. Then i feel worse because I don't want to feel sad and moody IYSWIM.

    Hope it shifts soon.
Anyway Pigpen I hope that you are ok and the others aren't suffering too much.

So you're not tempted to start flogging your own worn out shoes then :p

    *sigh*

I have been ironing for over 3 hours now and dont seem to have even dented the huge pile :(

I did a chunk from the pile and then ironed the load I found in the TD.
Ive put another load in the tumble dryer but I think thats mainly undies and things so Im hoping not too much ironing in there!!

I can see from the wardrobes Ive done a lot, but there is SOOO much more to do!!

Im taking a break from it for now to start on tea, just me and my boys tonight!

well done to those flying today!

    back later no doubt!

    Hi Mrs B,
I have a dear friend that I think of as super woman, she is great at her job, cooking, so many things. She describes her duvet cover moment, when she was putting away the ironed duvet covers and finally accepted that she didn't have to/couldn't do it all. This was when she was off ill with a virus that wouldn't go away, very run down. Don't know if this is relevant, but your post made me think of this.

  • Thanks for that, valli, will do.

It wouldn't be good if someone went through their stuff, still I lived in a shared house once, where the guy had been saving his urine in bottles in the wardrobe, and then had run out of bottles.....

Excellent somebody has started drinking so I'm not the first - can't decide on a chat with my mate Rose or a tasty Czech blond I've acquired!

Soappie - I need two more stars please as I've done 3 of the 4 bedrooms - very pleased with my little self - hope to get the bathroom and study done tomorrow - that would feel so good a whole week of flying achieved!

Pouring with rain now so I expect the cricketers will be back soon - Waitrose Pizza for tea so it won't take long once they are in.
