Three hours gardening on the allotment, and one car load of garden rubbish to the tip - I'm shattered!

The boys are apparently sorting their room, but as they went up with a DVD and hot chocolate, odds on they haven't actually started yet.

The passports have come!!:jI am now off to look for a gite to rent.

Don't get disheartened if you just do a little bit,

Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to get a tiny galley kitchen refitted? Nothing too fancy.

Well done to the Dusty Duo

I wonder how Greenbee and Sexym got on with their walk. Or do you think they just sat in a pub? We've had rain for most of the afternoon. And it's blooming cold! I have sat with a blanket round me for some of this afternoon whilst I've been writing. I'm REFUSE to put the heating on in August!

We done ours in late 2007 it's 3 meters long cupboards both sides. We went for white gloss door fronts and we were just under 4k but that included hob, oven extractor, under unit lighting and a 1.5 bowl sink with a pretty tap.

Thanks Hun. I didn't understand at all but I've been a cricket Mum for 7 years now so I know the basics. It was funny when I had to do the scoring the other day though - that book is so complicated but the OCD in me really liked all the columns and codes:o

My life.... married 2 little girls aged 12 months and 31 months, me and OH work full time, I also run a small business from home. We live in a 2 bed home that is ok at the moment but very messy and cluttered. It isn't dirty just unorganised chaos.

I need to startto fly but don't really know where to start so can I read along and join in as I getthe jist of things?

Welcome and good luck. Like Serena said maybe do Level one each day but it sounds like you need to declutter/sort storage rather than cleaning so you could have a look at doing 15 minutes each day of sorting a drawer/corner/shelf - you will get there but it takes times.

Bedrooms all hoovered, pile on the landing sorted. Need to feed the mogs and then get to the dusting/wiping.

We DID NOT just sit in the pub :D. We had a nice walk in the rain, and then shared a cream tea as we got back just before the tea room closed (luckily, otherwise we would have had to go to the pub!)

We're trying to work out plans for a few more walks - possibly one down in Chichester so that Lady-Liberty could join us either before or after, and one up in Mrs B's direction to see whether she really will collapse after the first mile ;)

I didn't get to the farm shop, but my mangetout plants have produced a handful of peas, so that's my veg for tonight sorted. I'll check where there's a farmers' market in the morning and try to get along to one for the rest of the stuff I need.

Off to deal with my damp walking stuff now...

ETA - Huge hugs Triker. I hope they find a rational and treatable explanation for how you are feeling. Please don't try to do too much, or worry about how you are going to cope until you've got the test results back. Just rest. Once you have a definite answer you can then start thinking about what you need to do to be able to cope.

    and the loo..
    and the basin
and I have mopped the kitchen floor so now am heading upstairs with the mop, the bucket and a fresh bathroom bin with an upmarket M&S lining...

Taking my siggy seriously! (last bit!)

and apparently it's going to be sunny tomorrow so I have folded the wet washing ready to rehang on the line tomorrow and I shall put the towels in tonight on a hot wash...

Oh I labelled my jam jars and put them away...the cupboard is FULL of blackcurrant jam:D:D:D

and I chanced upon a thread about 'well worn shoes' on e bay going for ridiculous prices so I wandered over to e bay to have a look and I looked at all these photos of the shoes - being worn too...and thought...and then twigged
