Oh,and just one more things that's pi55ing me off, he's told the kids he's got all the latest movies from BKK (they are all having sleepovers here tonight)so they are planning a movie night...'cept he's still in Liverpool with the films, so they have to let their mates down...Debt-free...and staying that way...0

Hugs to SRM, have you thought about letting the house?
We have a house that we did up and then couldn't sell, we had buyers.....but the winos on the step next door put them off :rolleyes:
I got a letting agent round and have got a great tenant in, but whilst I know that OH could fix any of the problems that arise.....I don't even bother asking him, I just tell the agent to go ahead and get one of their blokes in.
