    Morning all, just. I'm starting a major detox tomorrow, seven days on juices based on a Jason Vale diet. Hope it gives me some more energy, I'm so tired lately.

    almost - 3 apparently. The recipe is 175g so I've done 3 small tsps, let's see how it goes really.

    I turned round to grab the sultanas.........and realised I had tried to be ultra MSE in that I bought a 750g box of smartprice bran flakes and a 500g bag of smartprice sultanas to make a huge box of sultana bran for about a third of the price of buying it ready mixed.........I stared into the box of mixed bran flakes and sultanas and thought......this recipe no longer has sultanas in, I ain't picking 100g of fruit out of this lot :rotfl:

    it was a horrific time for her, I can't even begin to describe what she went through. :( She was a mortgage advisor in the branch, had some money for a fee, her manager said to put it somewhere as the safe was 'locked' for the night. She paid it into the cashier the next day and it then disappeared. Her manager said my sister must have stolen it rather than paying it in, even though her manager told her where to store the money and saw her doing it as she had offered her a lift home.

    And all the CCTV footage of my sister paying it in to a cashier went missing.....
