~**~Weekend Chat 25/26 July~**~

Once again, up at the bloomin crack of dawn...grrrrrrr.

We're off to Evesham today to try out the new trailer tent, should be fun! (Hope so!), the kids are SO excited! :D

I'm made an agreement with a friend to go walking with her every week-we start tomorrow, I'd like to do a 10k walk once a week then run 10k a week...(or more if I start training for a half marathon EEK!)

What's everyone else' plans-believe it or not, the sun is actually shining here, I hope it decides to stay for the day.:j

Have a great weekend everyone!

Oh, and I am going to attempt Aldi again this morning-my pin number was in the post when I got home last night:o

Morning Buns - Hope the sun stays out for your camping - is it with the trailer tent? Hope it goes better at Aldi too - You'd have thought they could have let you sign instead of putting in the pin number...you can't be the first to forget their pin.

Hello to all who follow too.

Suns out here, going to get DH up in a bit and we're off to pick more berries, found 3 huge rosehips bushes yesterday evening near the beach but as we'd only gone out for a walk I didn't have anything to put them in.

My DD's come home today - it's been a lovely break without them but I'm just starting to miss them now....chaos will resume.

Chicken tagine tonight with runner beans and courgettes from the garden - yums. :j

Hello! I've not been around much cos I've had a horrible cold and been curled up in bed asleep for most of the last few days.

I'm going to do some housework today, I should be at a free music festival but not well enough still.

Also, I've got a grant for a new bed and sofa, so I'll be looking at the new argos catalogue online to see what I want. Might be asking for some help though, apparantly (according to everyone who's ever been in my house) my taste in soft furnishings is terrible, so I mgiht need advice on what colours go together and things.

    sorry to hear that Sammy.

Bunny enjoy camping, it's really nice round Evesham.

Aaargh, Argos have brought out a new sofa, and now I can't decide between that and the other one I liked. And they've stopped doing the duvet cover I was going to get to put over it (I twitch and shake so much that I'm always spilling things, plus if I put a duvet over it I'll be able to snuggle down and put off using the heating for longer).

self inflicted Ames so no sympathy needed......just hating feeling like ****!

Someone told me just recently that the quality of Argos sofas are not good....just something to bear in mind, although I appreciate budget might be an issue...

edit: now i have hiccups too

Yeah, they only gave me £200, so even with Argos I'll have to put money towards I think, after looking on the SCS and DFS websites there's nothing in my price range there.

    :T Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh tell us more!

Ames - my friend had argos sofas last year and they're useless - she paid over £1k for 2 leather(look) ones and the springs have gone, the foam in the cushions is far to thin and they were really just not worth the money. Can you spend the money elsewhere?

Edited to add - have you got an Ikea near you? Their sofas are lovely and comfy, you can order them online too and they do some at under £200.
