Princely sum of £25.98 courtesy of ebay overnight. Have put loads of DVD's up, some still sealed and forgotten purchases. And I wonder how I got in this situation...As a result my house is looking like a carboot aftermath, piles of DVD's and 'stuff' everywhere. Wish I had a guardian flylady angel.
Must get on to Dooyoo sometime today.DC.

I have random tubs and boxes of stuff around that is either getting ebayed or carbooted at somepoint!

Half of the remaining contents are school uniform waiting to labelled, then washed, and the ever growing pile of odd socks, so it's not too bad.

Hi Different Corner
Saw you posted on my diary and thought Id take a look at yours! I admire your progress and action taken, our debt total is virtually the same, and like you Im in for the long haul based on my current earnings with the end of 2014 as my DF date. I will follow your journey with interest, and wish you well in your endeavours to reduce the debt even more quickly. Well done so far. 40sm - Oh Come Dine with me, I think they are all crazy/mad/brave. And of course the wonderful Dave Lamb.
PAF - hope you don't mind the abbreviation there. Looks like we'll be around for a while then, with our secret weapon the Guardian Angel. He who gets moaned at when I can't find something, consulted when I have to make a decision, and thanked when something goes right.
A productive weekend - with the children doing their own thing. Assualted ebay and dooyoo, cut the grass before the heavens opened again and carried out all the usual domestic chores. The fact remains the house is a complete tip. I didn't get the paint brush out. Need to readjust positive mode this morning not feeling on top of it.DC.

Nice to see another early bird!!
we had a pretty nice day here yesterday weatherwise actually, although i made a bit of an errord with the birthday party that DS was going to, his friend from nursery who he doesnt see much of as they go to different schools...we turned up at the indoor play centre at 130pm only to find out that it has finished, and we were supposed to be there at 12...hence me in the very very bad books!
Hence a very non NSD!!
Glad to see that you have some momentum going with ebay and dooyoo, the results will start in no time!!Pay £15k by Xmas10 £1478.19/£15000[STRIKE]24/07/09[/STRIKE] present - loan - £8550 overdraft#1 - [STRIKE]£2516.87[/STRIKE] £0 credit card - [STRIKE]£1210 [/STRIKE] £0TOTAL - [STRIKE]£12276.87[/STRIKE] £9133.63:T0 -
Kirsten, this hour of the day is all mine ! Nobody needs feeding, dropping off anywhere, the phone is quiet, just me and the dog
Hope DS has forgotten by now. I've done similar, usually due to to children not giving me invites or school letters. I always dreaded turning up at school one day and they'd be off on a school trip somewhere, the details of which would scrumpled up in the bottom of a book bag...DC.

ebay plodding along nicely. 31 watchers on one item.
Unfortunately so is the rain, tumble drier on again. Personally I don't mind the wet stuff, get used to it walking the dog in all weathers. Nothing that a bit of Heather Small or MJ on the shuffle can't get me through. But it takes it's toll on my leccy bill.
Need to step up on the job front, things not so good at work. Meaning the company I have to keep. Moaners and groaners. So negative.
Really find their whinging slowly gets to me. I go in upbeat and smiling, after 6 hours of hearing how so and so doesn't do this and look at the state of that I feel quite depressed. I don't get involved, but dear me, it does have an effect.DC.

Hi Different Corner!
Thought Id just pop in and see how you are getting on. I find reading motivational material and watching positive films help deal with the negatives all around. One good book Ive read is the Seven Strategies of Wealth and Happiness by Jim Rohn. Excellent book, read it often, another is Fire Up by Jan Ruhe. Both of these authors are American, and come from the industry of Network Marketing. Jan Ruhe is an inspiration from the point of view she was a single mum with 3 young children when she decided to focus on her business, and she is now a millionaire.
As you work with your colleagues you can recall the positiveness from such books and the negativity wont touch you! Another thing to do to overcome the effects of negativity is have positive affirmations around your house. I really find this helps.
Anyway, take care and well done so far!My debts at LBM (2009)Grand Total £161,983.77.(Incs everything, mtge, cr cards, loans)

Thanks PAF, into Tony Robbins at the moment. I'm not over the moon with the American authors though. I read the secret and found it very strange, sort of a mish mash of different authours saying the same thing. Works for some.
Anyway today brings a day off. More wet stuff falling from the sky, so tumble drier on again. Will be pottering around on here and dooyoo, and a huge ironing pile, that I can't hide. Perhaps a real attempt to get the paint brush out ?..DC.
