Pork chops were very nice, will do them like that again as 1 small chop seemed much more filling than if it had just been grilled....recipe says to use Panko, Japanese dried breadcrumbs but why would I do that when I had some in the freezer...maybe I am at last starting to take an interest in things again....woopie!
