    Evening peeps

just a quickie as i`m rushed off my feet, another mad w*rk day - 5 more then 2 off so i can`t wait. I feel as though i`m counting down the hours every few minutes :o

I was reminded yesterday about a leaving "do" next week that i`m supposed to be attending ,the guy who is leaving is smashing so i shall make the effort but i`m another one who isn`t interested in parties, i`d rather spend time with friends doing other things, i also like my own space more and more these days. Think i`m getting old
My diet started last Monday so i shall try and be good and not tipple enough to topple :D

Today has been mostly spent in the garden tidying and doing a bit of experimental planting so not much to report really.
Happy Birthday Taplady :bdaycake:have a fantastic day

Halight - Glad the doc moved things forward a bit for you.

Diva - Glad to hear the good news re Tristan

    Best log off :D

    Have a good evening peeps.

    Evening OSers J

Been beautiful here all day today – fingers crossed it stays like it tomorrow (despite forecast of rain/thunder/hail) as it’s my graduation day J Going over to Brighton at lunchtime with my mum, sis & DD’s & instead of going to a restaurant & spending a fortune, we are taking a picnic lunch with us, so we can sit in the gardens of the Pavilion & have that, before the ceremony. And soak up the atmosphere as all the morning graduates are likely to be wafting around still as well.

Happy Birthday Taplady & belated birthday greetings to Snowy & anniversary wishes for MrsMoneypenny.
FairyElephant – sorry to hear about your dad. Like you say, you know its for the best but that doesn’t make it any easier to cope with…
Halight, how flipping ridiculous… keep your chin up & get all the support you can for your appeal (and well done for not just taking the decision & feeling forced into something that isn’t right for you at the moment).
Redruby, hope your doggy is better soon & the 2nd opinion proves that she needs a less costly option.
NPM & sunnygirl, hope you are both feeling better soon.
Betheebee, good to hear from you again – how are your DB’s??
MSD – thinking of you honey, glad you have heard something & that it was positive J
EssexGirl – my mind turned to Christmas when I was at Champneys the other week & they had some hugely reduced goodies in their shop…. So I got some!

Leftovers for supper today – there seem to be remnants of various dinners for the past couple of days, so I am not cooking any more until they’re gone!!!

Anyhow, not much OS from me but (((hugs))) for all those needing them too.

  • Just got DS off to bed and had a bath.....waiting for OH to get in now to have some tea.
He is feeling a bit better so dont think it is SF:D
Tomorrow I have all the packing to do ready for going away Sat morning....it is like moving house as DS insists on taking his own pillows and quilt etc and loads of books and his Primeval stuff;)
We only stayed at the party about 15 mins then had to bring him home as he kept hiding in the corner with his hands over his head..I think that is the end of parties for him really.
Taplady have a fab night out and glad you enjoyed your birthday:T

    Evening all
Roll on tomorrow, my intray is so full it's teetering, people are still coming in asking for stuff do be done before tomorrow lunchtime, fat chance. I still have a twitchy eye & a headache. I was still at work at 9 on Monday, long day considering I start at 7:30 in the morning.
I'm really looking forward to spending time doing some serious housework & lots of sewing.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester
