Yes, several times. Nothing they can do to speed it up.

It's just all very baffling. They offer you these amazing deals, then take over half a year to pay out.

My payment was showing as due in October, then November and now it's been moved to December. Would have been nice before Christmas.

Hi all, this deal appears to be back on with £100 cashback for 12 month simplicity deals at £15+. Mine has been a few working days now and it has still not even shown up as a pending thing in quidco. i.e. Not even shown up as anything at all like it is not even aware of it. Did you guys all get yours through? At that point did you see it appear in quidco?

We ordered a 12 month £15 contract on Monday and it tracked this morning - just under 48 hours. The only thing is that it has tracked as £25 which doesn't correspond to any of the offers on Quidco. A bit worried about them paying out as the SIM didn't turn up so we phoned and got a replacement.

I did this when topcashback had the deal. Tracked originally at £25 but around (cant remember exactly, could have been a bit less)3 months(ish) it went through to available status at the £100 it should have been in the begining.

I did get mine although it wasn't until March after I asked Quidco if they had any idea when I'd get paid. I've also since had another £100 when there was another offer on. This didn't track but I put a ticket in and got it. HTH
  • To the people that signed up to this and it worked I have some questions:

1: Did you guys who's has tracked do the £15 for smart phones or the £15 iphone tariff?
2: To get it to track, you don't have to activate the sim do you? It just tracks by itself? I just don't want to start using it till it tracks.
3: Also, did you sign up as a new customer or did you already have an O2 account? I'm wondering if this is why mine did not work as I was already a customer with an account and during the checkout process I just signed in.

i signed up for this via quidco last night. i haven't received any confirmation of the sale from 02 and no tracking on quidco? i imagine i should have received something from 02 via email? what should i do? wait a few days? do it again as i'd like the deal sooner rather than later. if i do it for a 2nd time and end up with 2 sims, can i cancel 1 under distance selling regs?

  • As of either yesterday or today TopCashBack have stopped advertising the £100 O2 12month >=£15 offer -- they're now advertising just £25 off. Not sure exactly when it ended because they also say "Cashback rates are subject to change, both up and down. From time to time the information displayed here may be out of date."
