Have done a couple of other things with Quidco recently which haven't tracked and had to send manual request. I also clear all cookies and cache and use Firefox for quido only.
O2 returns - as distant selling - says full refund in 14 days.
I will leave mine a week and if not tracked i'm cancelling.
Happy with the deal with 100£ cashback - otherwise not.
I don't see any problem doing this..
Hi
Mine still hasn't tracked yet and I was wondering when you sent a manual request, did they then track it for you and did you get your cash back?0 -
Does anyone know the situation with returns?
I bought mine over the weekend. If if doesn't track within 14 days I'll be cancelling. However if I use it will I be charged for the calls or will I be charged pro-rata for line rental. Eg if I use 300 min, will I be charged say £60 for call or will I be charged £10 for 2 weeks line rental?0 -
I have just rang o2 to get my old O2 number ported to my new sim..it should be done by 6pm tomorrow. They also told me that this should not effect any deals including cash back !
I didnt want to carry 2 fones around for months so this was only option really."The time is always right to do what is right"0 -
I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and it hasn't tracked so I've sent an enquiry to TopCashBack. Hopefully I'll get the cashback.0

Follow up to post #183. Quidco has now tracked, actually ordered Monday night (lost track of days) and has trached this morning!
Yes I know it's still not guaranteed to pay, but am happy enough with the deal.
Now to find a phone...0 -
ordered mine last night both the sim and the broadband through topcashback
the broadband has already tracked as pending (waiting for my mac code)
still waiting for sign of the sim though
But as i followed all the advice on using a seperate internet search engine and followed all the cookies/cache advice im hoping it will be all fine.
not due payment on broadband til end of october, so looks like ill be unlocking my current phone to allow me to use it until the cashback comes through to contribute to my iphone which i will also buy through a cashback deal, i could get used to this
:TMortgage free wannabe!:
11/11/08 - £137,674 ----> 09/01/12 - £131,432 :j0 -

sallysaver wrote: »Hi,
Having just returned from holiday, I have just read through this thread. I actually applied for the first deal (£110 cash back through Quidco) on April 2nd, 2009. It didn't track initially so I made enquiries. Whilst Quidco responded quite quickly, it still took approx 4 weeks to even show up as 'tracked' Several enquiries later it actually showed as 'validated' on the 2nd July. I really expected it to be paid at the beginning of this month as Quidco seem to pay out mostly in the first week of each month, but nothing as yet. In one of their answers, they did say it could be September when I got the money despite the web site saying O2's average pay out time is 8 weeks!!! Basicly, what I am saying is, it seems to vary considerably on how the payments come. Some people got payment very quickly, whilst others (like me) are still waiting. Sally
The post above was written to highlight that some of us who applied last time still haven't been paid out. I raised another ticket with Quidco and today they have told me that it could be November before I see the £110. So just as a warning to those whose purchase hasn't tracked yet, you could be in for the long haul but Isincerely hope not - Sally0
