Not yet.
The T&C did say up to end of June for payment.
I have a e-saver with them0 -
Hi,
I am also one of the punters who tried to make a quick buck, but it has been a nightmare. Opened Current Account, Credit card and online regular saver on the 17th April. 2006. Current Account miraculously turned into a Bonus current account which of course incurs a monthly charge. Rang India to get it changed and was directed to my local branch who were really efficient and changed it immediately to the ordinary current account. Credit Card arrived within approx 2 weeks. Unfortunately the online regular saver has been a nightmare. They insist they have sent numerous letters to my address. I am meticulous with paperwork and have assured them they are not being delivered to my address. Emails and phone calls are basicly ignored. However, yesterday a young lady phoned and informed me the account was now open and proceeded to give me the account number. She, at no stage asked for my debit card number to deposit the opening balance of £500. I have since done it on line. It has been a shambles from start to finish and once I have the £60 opening incentive, thats me off. I must have spent £10 on phone calls to their blessed 0845 numbers not to mention my man hours sorting things out. They have been absolutely dreadful. We are now nearing the end of June so looking forward to seeing posters announce details that they have received their £20. Should be interesting. Regards - Sallysaver0 -
We shall see with all the stalling tactics they have employed, such as none existent first letters to take you passed deadline for deposit date.Thought I saw the light at the end of the tunnel....Then got hit by a train! :A

Have just checked and have also been credited that date (21 June) with £20 bearing description: 'Easter Cashback'.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

No such luck yet on my credit card. Long since gave up on the savings account!Ethical moneysaver0

Am I correct that the best time to close the account is on the 1st of the month (presuming that interest for the previous month has appeared on the statement), as any interest earned from this date onwards for the month of closure will be lost. I know there was a thread about this somewhere, but I can't find it.0

Yes, Monday 3rd July in our case as 1st falls on a weekend.0
