:rotfl: okay, I shant go into my story right now but I am 5 + 1/2 years sober so thought I might just be able to give some advice to someone who is struggling. Thats about it really.

Seriously, I went the AA way....well, kind of. I went to AA meetings every day for a few years, then about 5 times a week for another few years. I did service, I took advice, and I refuse to forget where drinking takes me.2008 gig list... Nope. I have days when I want to 'switch off' and to not have to deal with life etc etc...but I know a drink will not help, it will only make any problem 10 times worse. I dont have cravings, urges or whatever you choose to call them.
