Wow, there seems to be alot of "AA is brainwashing God Squad" posts!!
Maybe I just read the wrong posts...but is that the general feeling on here?
No, it just all went a bit wrong last night.

its good you all have open minds

both of you are right tho, i probably do need help but cant go to AA as i live in such a small community that its not even an option farrr too many people know me. :o , i recently went to a form of meetings and everyone was saying to me oh dont i know you ,answer yes, lol

but i think it isnt good this one of my mates has liver and kidneys problems because he is soo bad, he was an ex of mine introduced me to drink i guess, i got to a point where i would bring drink into college i would be drunk in class, i once even shouted and threw a chair at someone in sheer desperation i was that bad :o

Rose, I got private counselling through work, we have a confidential helpline who put you in touch with someone external. I was lucky having that. I've also been told my docs have counselling, worth a try?

I've been drunk at work :(

How about an aged relative? Sorry, but I'm assuming you need to talk.

How about yourself? Write it down, feelings, thoughts and theories. I did, only lasted a couple of weeks. But to go back a day later and to read what you have written, may help.

As Jayne said yesterday you can PM her, you could also PM me, but I'm a bloke :) I'll answer anyway :)
