    it wasnt you that posted as an AE the other day was it al,? i have been claiming bank charges back too.

    oh i agree it is that. i used to do loads of self harm, i just think its a bonus to get it back. but the ammount has always been a liberty dont you think al? the ones that have offered me the diff between the new rate and the old plus the interest on that i have taken.
