Morning everyone, had garlic buttered mushrooms with mustard for breakfast :D I smell lovely.
I'm very good today again, the thread has lots of different people on it and thats nice to see. Gentle is right, people do become friends on here and will support anyone, given half a chance. I like to see it as a "mutual self-help group" as suffolk called AA, I know we don't meet in person, but our meetings can go on a long time, at any time. (other self help groups are available and don't have to be incompatable)

ac glad you've got what works for you, I think its great you have a whole room of people to have fun with and my mind does, admittedly, boggle at the thought :D

Hi Gentle, nice to have you here again. :j

Feelie, glad you are working it all out, don't expect it to happen overnight and keep us informed please. We do worry about you.

    For everyone :grouphug:

Thanks for the PMs, if I haven't responded.

My ignore list has been cleared;) Which shows I'm in a better frame of mind:D

Had a serious urge on the way home from work today. The worst urge I've had in months. I have no idea why. Usual journey. Not a drink stop in sight. Got me confused:confused:

I thought that sort of thing was behind me, obviously not, just waiting and biding its time:eek:

Any long timers still get sudden, brief, urges?

I know my mum still does.
She's used to being around alcohol now (I still can't bear to drink in front of her or have any drink in her house tho) and every now and then she'd ask me to move dads or bros beer.

I'm sat here realising my new wireless router has improved the signal greatly, but I still cant sit in my favourite chair with my laptop :(

Mrs Mac got home at 00:20. Late due to traffic, she says, I know it was work talk ;)

She's now out with Miss Mac xmas shopping, which saves me doing it :)

    I'm good :)
