    Good stuff Al

I did all our shopping on amazon, everyones having a book this year, like it or lump it :D
Noticed they put their prices up at the begining of December, (we'd ordered just before) coincidence?

Hi guys hope everyone is alright just chillin tonight and watching some dvds with o/h. No drinking well just the soft ones:) Hope you are okay feelie and chris and al and beer and ac..............:)

Hiya Jayne, you are doing well;)

This is definately one day at a time isn't it!......I've decided it must be work.....it's when I'm there that I think...that's it I want a drink!:o

I think I wanted a drink yesterday, but that was very fleeting as I walked straight home without a thought of actually getting any:D

With some family stuff going on yesterday and today, I got pretty wound up...and decided that I would have a drink today....I figured it's the weekend....I've not drank all week...so I went and bought some...

Only, I can't quite work out whether I bought it because I was stressed or more out of habit?

Normally, if I buy drink when I am stressed, it gets opened the minute or so I get in....and I carry on...

Well, tonight I just put it in the cupboard...with the thought I'll have one or two later. Well, it's nearly 10 now....and I really don't want one...don't know why on earth I bought it:o

Suppose I can take it to friends when we have a get together before or after Christmas...at least there will be more people there to drink it....
  • well done chris you have so much stress and hassle and you are doing just brilliantly. I relate to everything you say and i know how hard it is. Tonight you should be so proud of yourself you have done so well.:A :j

    Thankyou:D

And to top it all...my body has now decided to make sure I stay drink free....my gut is playing up....IBS seems to have kicked off again..no doubt with all the crap (lol! pardon the freudian slip there:p ) going on lately...

Anyway, that's 8 days so far:D must keep going....

Best of luck everyone...I'm off for the evening now...take care and have a good weekend XX
