do you ever just wish you counted to ten and just did nothing:( I count to ten and lose my temper anyway:( i`ve tried counting to 20 but i am always arguing by 11:)

i dont lose my temper as such but i am so irritable i am meant to help people all day at work and sometimes i feel myself thinking sod off....... go away.....not good:( i like my job usually.

I've decided to try again from yesterday...although 'technically' speaking I wasn't alcohol free....even with 3 glasses of water with milk thistle to help flush it out:o

how are you now chris, ? I am 8 days in and nearly sucumbed today the good old boys from gordons decided to send me a taster of some gin i was so tempted. The bloody o/h nicked it and made himself and large g and t and now he has stopped, i knew if i had that i would want more.... so i walked away and its hard isnt it?

Well done you for walking away, I think it shows that your OH can stop easily after that one, but you couldn't........ I don't think he has that much of a problem, although he still might drink too much.

I think everyone should note, AL can't stand waffle, so the next person to waffle on the thread will be shot, at dawn, with a blindfold. Either that, or pay the entire threads chocolate budget for a month.......... so I'll just ready the gun shall I?

The funny thing is, everyone was gob smacked, she shut up and asked me the question she'd come to ask, turned up later with a jaffa cake bar as a thank you
