I've just made and eaten a hot chilli and I'm drinking chocolate milk
and eating ready salted pringles, which I know are bad for me, but they keep my mind off ciggies.
Also I'm trying to stop clenching my teeth together too hard, which I seem to be doing

Had a Thai take away, dropped DS of at youth club, Mrs Mac took DD to babysitting and has gone on to Attila the mum And I'm off in a sec to pick DS up again.
Work tomorrow and on call Sunday, no wonder I'm stressed I never stop! Seem to spend plenty of time here though 0 -
goodness me beer soon you aint gonna have any vices left:) we had a shish and chicken kebab they are lovely with chilli and garlic sauce. I love chinese, on friday it is takeout nite as i cook all week. I refuse to on fridays, as i go shopping and after that little joy i am fit for nothing but vegging!!! I also am trying to moneysave, i will have to remind my two children of this.....as they keep forgetting:)0
