What does the V D do again Al?

Gert, you hadn't written anything, why did you think you might have upset me?

  • Very queasy still! Fair punishment I suppose! I've totally sobered up now. Do I count today as a dry day - I didn't drink but was still tipsy from last night. I should count it I think.
Only 2 hours smoking left! Are you getting along ok with it?

It is supposed to help against SAD, ie winter blues, vitamin D comes from sunshine:confused: Omega 3 as well, not sure why:o
  • Last drink was about 1am I think. So, have technically drunk today. Hmmm. I suppose I should count it from tomorrow, suppose it'll be the same as my giving up smoking won't it then.
And I've managed to rope in a friend to help me give up both - don't think I need any help, but its always nice to know there is someone there if you need them - a sort of safety net. And I'm going to pour all my drink away in the morning.

I've stopped counting days tbh, as its not something I want to do anymore. I know when I last had a drink, :o but I'm not thinking about it.

I really hope you mean to give up the smoking FG

I don't think I get SAD, I know of it though, must be awful.

  • Hehe, I have got a friend, and a lovely, wonderful friend too :)
They know all about it, they are great at listening. They just help me see things properly, they get thru to me you know?
Smoking - I've given up before, so I can do it again :)

Good, I want to see you do it now. Giving up smoking, cutting down on the drinking and listening to your new friend.

Go to the depression thread for understanding, come here to get your backside kicked :D
