I'm not after sympathy, just compassion - theres a difference I reckon.
And I'm not cutting down the drink - I'm giving it up!

hi all, my mrs went out tonight. which i basicly sent her as i dont feel comfy going with her there was fear about it like her cheating etc, coming home p1ssed or her using and me having to see her like it. i just went to a mates across the road and found out he sells the [EMAIL="sh@t"]sh@t[/EMAIL] i used to smoke i never knew when i smoked it, i didnt stay long as their was drink and joints going about so had a chat made amends and left as i didnt feel comftable. come home and thanked god that i dont have to listen to my addict voice 2day.
hows every1 else. easy does it FG if your smoking doesnt go to well dont drink because yyou've let your selve down.
Im not sure what you look for on these boeards. when you drinking your posts seem to want sypathy. read back and see. i really think it will do you good.
i also surgest you pour your drink away tonight as your mind and bodie will feel better tomorrow and you'll trick yourself into belivibg your not what you posted you were this morning. why keep it over night if its going anyway.....
