Hi lewt, good now for me, just been shopping and I lost my temper almost, for no good reason, calmed down when it sorted out, but I was a little on edge. More smoking I think than drink in the daytime.

I think its for a divorce

Terrible with the fags, I'm as jumpy as a frog on acid. Just went shopping though for christmas pressies, worked out how many packs of fags each present, bit of a shock.......

yeah im clean today al, no relaspe for me. cant see it happening tomorrow either. mt program sponser(who just agreed to do it) and mu higher power make sure i dont need to drink or use. long may it last.

Ive been told by a few people and in the book that it cant fail as long as i continue to do everything surgestted....
