  • Yeah, I think I got to about 18 weeks sober, but to be honest I don't drink that much anymore.
Its once a week at most, not usually anymore. In the past 6 months, I've only drank in the morning a couple of times, and I've not had any all nighters. I've only drank alone about 10 times or so. So it is still good, it is managable.
The only reason I'm drinking now is cos of whats going on, when that calms down, I won't drink unless its socially acceptable :) But Iim gonna get to Thursday

Yes I am planning on drinking on the 28th, but that isn't my fault lol. OH has invited us out for a curry and to the pub, I'm not good at social situations, so I'll be drinking to make it easier.
What would I do with a phone?

I'm not ready for that really. I would go to a meet, just to observe and stuff, don't think I can talk to anyone about it yet. If I don't believe I have a problem, no one else is!

If you haven't got a problem what do you want to go to a meet for .............earler you said you would go id he understood

you clearly know deep down it's a problem to you ,not him,you .......then you have to do something about it

seems to me your using him not understanding as your excuse/crutch but you can't get away from the fact that you feel you have a problem ,as you keep saying so

I wouldn't worry about it now, just keep talking and when your ready it won't matter if he understands or not .............you will:D

    good luck
