Alcohol may just be a symptom. It can of course be the cause.
In my case I'm still not sure if it was the chicken or the egg:D0 -

Ignore him, brutal but it's best for you. ac has been there and realised what she needs to do, I'm afraid it may be time for you to do the same though it will be painful:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -
Got so close to thinking I had a problem, think is I feel fine now.
Looked into meetings, all the ones near me are at 8pm, so OH would know I'd gone to one. Plus, most of them are closed meetings.
I don't think I'm ready for that to be honest.
I'm gonna not drink for a week tho, just to prove I still can
Thanks for your help, sorry that I'm not really getting anywhereStay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Feeling bad at the moment, wish there was something I could do to ease the pain - I'm determined not to drink.

You won't get anywhere till you try, and I'm sorry to say that you aren't trying atm. That's my take on it and I hope you prove me wrong:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -

I'm not drinking right now, so I am trying
Its not as easy as just saying, right I have a problem, I won't drink.
Theres too many things in the way - I no I can't give it up completely by myself, but I can't get the support I need. So I'm stuck.
I'm just gonna do my best to limit the drinking, and I'm gonna stop posting here when I'm really drunk!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
